Coaching + Profit Sharing

For one week I will be offering coaching at a 15 discount per hour. 60/hr and 250 for a 5 hr package (a 75 dollar savings - 23% off). Hurry while this offer lasts.

In addition to conventional coaching, you can use these hours to...
1) send me a video of you playing a set. I will review it with commentary so you can watch yourself play and hear my advice.
2) send me a group of HHs and I will get through as many as I can in the allotted time and send you my notes and/or we can meet over skype to discuss the key hands.
3) Finally settle once and for all the uncertainties you have about those spots you really hate.
4) Anything your heart desires:)

***********************************************************************************

Hi, everyone. I'd like to extend a new coaching offer for students.

I will be keeping my rate of 75/hr, 105 for 1.5hrs, and 325 for a 5hr package. I'd like to add a new option for those who are interested: extended blocks of time.

10 hr package: 575
Each additional hour on top of the 10 original hours: 50.

For those of you who sign up for 10 hr packages, we will divide up into 2 sessions per week, 2 hours each. The last session will be on the third week. All additional hours, if applicable, will be scheduled thereafter.

I also will be accepting students for profit sharing. If you are interested in this, please send me an email (contact info below) telling me about yourself. The perfect candidates are proven winners who want to take their game to the next level. I am looking for players who are at least up 10k in total profits. Please note that I am unable to stake you for this, you would need to play on your own money due to no possible transfers.

You can email me for both coaching and profit sharing at glitlr@sngprotege.com

House Hunting

It's about 4:30am right now, and I woke up around 2:30 cause I can't sleep anymore. My girlfriend and I went house hunting with our realtor yesterday in Roseville, CA which is about 30 minutes from Sacramento, CA. It was a pretty big bust imo. I am, as expected, the "bad guy" because there was a clear favorite and I'm the only one who doesn't like it. I feel like a 2+2 post where one person says something different and he's reamed for having a different opinion. Life beat atm.

I've learned a lot about buying a home in the last 24 hrs though. About appreciation value based on certain home specifications that no normal person would ever consider. I mean, things that the realtor told me about home buying strategies completely blew me away. The one thing in particular that mind-f'd me was about aiming at getting a home near a good school because there is more expected value with it than normal. Families who want their children to go to really good schools most likely want this because they have a high education. People with high educations are more likely to have more money. This makes these neighborhoods preferred areas to wealthier well educated people which in turn increases the value of your home. It's basically future ev. We literally had a discussion about +ev homes. It was really interesting.

Unfortunately, however, there is no luck so far. Maybe my one outer will hit.

At least the realtor thought playing online poker is cool:)
